Coquet Salmon Trail
This is a ongoing project which involves a salmon life cycle trail along the river coquet from the Cow Haugh car park To the lady's bridge at Rothbury.
I am hoping to start the project of by Sept 2023 on a small scale at first and through funding make it better every year.
It will be information boards about the life cycle and anyone interested in sposoring a board please contact me .
Teaching in schools
Kevin works the fishing and classroom lessons around the current curriculum involving development of skills and learnig all about the wildlife and life cycles of fish and aquatic animals .
Kevin has a unique mobile casting pool which can be taken into schools so long as there is a flat area and used for teaching casting bringing the experience to the school .
Kevins aim is to help encourage participation in a new hobby and learn all about rivers from safety to what lives in the rivers .
